The Beloved Hotel
The Beloved Hotel (click here to see homepage) is where the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception will be located. We suggest that you book your rooms here. We have no doubt that you will absolutely fall in love with this place and never want to leave! We hope 3 days is enough for you to enjoy, but you certainly may plan to stay longer if you like! ;) (You probably will want to stay forever... just saying). Unfortunately, there are no other choice hotels within 20 miles of this location other than the Adult-only sister hotel next door. Therefore, we suggest you stay here. Here's some highlights to get you excited:

Calculating cost of trip per person:
Our travel agent has specific information on costs per person. It may be confusing at first, because typically 2 people split a room, but each person is still charged an amount, because this is an ALL INCLUSIVE resort. So here's what we've discovered:
*Children 0-3 are $20.00 each for 3 nights
*Children 4 - 6 are $170.00 total for 3 nights ~so roughly $56 per night
*Children 7 - 12 are $323 total for 3 nights ~so roughly $107 per night
*2 Adults - $208 per person each night, ($635 per person for 3 nights) --excluding airfare
*3 Adults (sharing a room) - $175 per person ($526.00 per person for 3 nights) --excluding airfare
NOTE: Maximum Room Occupancy:
• Total occupancy 4: Maximum Three adults or two adults and two children under twelve years old.
• No rollaway beds available. Maximum 1 crib per room.

Room Upgrades:
The basic room -- "Junior Suite"
You may begin considering room upgrades by clicking here. Essentially, there are 4 that you may consider.
This is the regular Junior Suite. It is the cheapest room you can get. The hotel booking price is$211 per adult each night. Our travel agent has the price of $208 per adult each night.

Swim Up Suite w/private garden
If you want a room right by the pool, you can pay an extra $21 per person each night.* Apparently, it is on the ground level, so you can walk straight to the pool, but you will have no balcony.
*When you go to book, notice that they automatically multiply $21 to the number of people in your room, so don't feel panicked when you see different numbers ;). It is still the same price for the upgrades whether you book through the hotel or Expedia.

Ocean View Junior Suite
If you want the room that overlooks the ocean, you can pay an extra $26 per person through the hotel website. You get a beautiful view to enjoy from the Jacuzzi tub in your room, OR from the back balcony.
*Remember that they automatically multiply $26 to the number of people in your room, so that's why it appears more expensive when you consider booking it.

Ocean View Terrace Suite
Basically you get the same one as above (the Ocean View) but it comes with a second floor to your room, and your own private pool on your terrace. It's the coolest room in the house. Seriously. Unfortunately, it's nearly double the price. You decide if it's worth it.
